My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were really nice and clean, with a really comfy bed and an excellent shower. The location on the second floor was immaculate and perfect for exploration. The service was exceptional, with staff who were just lovely and couldn't do enough for us. The improvements being made at the hotel were amazing, and they even remembered my name from previous visits. The location was great, close to the train station, restaurants, and bars, making it easy to enjoy the vibrant surroundings. The dining experience was definitely okay, setting me up for the day with a decent breakfast. Overall, it was an above-and-beyond exceptional experience with extremely helpful and friendly staff.

The hotel was cosy, immaculately clean, and comfortable with a good desk and chair; the decor was the biggest thrill. The staff were incredibly helpful, assisting with things like taxis, and they were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. The location was fantastic for our needs, with easy access to Brisbane and the Gold Coast. The dining was definitely okay to set you up for the day - toast, spreads, cereals, and fruit. Overall, it was a great stay with some minor areas to improve.
